DGTLmart Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a digital technology company based in India, built around a simple idea: businesses need more than individual digital services—they need the right technology, digital presence, expertise and innovation working together.
Our journey began in 2017, when DGTLmart started as a proprietorship with a team of four. Over the years, the company evolved from a small digital-growth organization into a broader digital technology company working with businesses across industries and geographies.
In 2021, DGTLmart Technologies Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated as a Private Limited company. The company is led by Lokesh Khaitan and Seema Khaitan, who are its directors.
Today, DGTLmart brings together technology, digital growth and artificial intelligence under one organization, with a focus on helping businesses adapt to a rapidly changing digital economy.

Where It Started
DGTLmart began as a proprietorship with four employees.
Expanding Our Client Base
DGTLmart expanded its client base to brands in India and the USA, with work associated with Lenskart's growth.
A New Corporate Chapter
DGTLmart transitioned into a Private Limited company, with a team of more than 25 employees.
DGTLmart Technologies Private Limited was incorporated on 20 July 2021.
Recognition & Partnership
DGTLmart became an official Zoho partner, received the Startup of the Year recognition and was serving 100+ clients.
Digital Products & Growth
DGTLmart launched two SaaS products and reached 1,500+ businesses assisted in their digital journey.

Lokesh Khaitan
Lokesh Khaitan is the Founder and CEO of DGTLmart Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
His professional journey spans more than 15 years in digital growth and digital transformation. The DGTLmart credentials identify him as an IIM Indore alumnus, Founder & CEO of DGTLmart Technologies, Co-Founder of Tree Campus Academy and a mentor at CII-IES.
He has been involved in empowering 100+ brands through digital growth.
Lokesh is also the author of “A Roadmap to Success with Strategic Digital Marketing.”
Seema Khaitan
Seema Khaitan is a Director and Co-Founder associated with DGTLmart.
She is one of the directors of DGTLmart Technologies Private Limited, alongside Lokesh Khaitan.
Both directors were appointed on 20 July 2021, the company's incorporation date.
