Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

At DGTLmart, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions and marketing services to our clients. As our products and services are digital in nature, all purchases are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a service agreement.

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional situations:
  • Duplicate payments due to technical errors
  • Service not rendered within the agreed timeframe due to our fault
  • Incorrect payments (if reported within 24 hours)
Refund requests must be emailed to contact@dgtlmart.com within 7 days of the transaction. Each request will be subject to verification and internal approval.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests for subscription or scheduled services must be emailed at least 48 hours before the scheduled start.
  • No cancellations are allowed once a service has started or been delivered.
  • Digital/downloadable products are non-cancellable once paid.

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or Razorpay’s policies.

4. Payment Gateway

All transactions on https://dgtlmart.com are securely processed through Razorpay. By using our platform, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions.
